The Rosa Herbal Eyeliner After Care is a soft cream developed especially for the aftercare of eyeliner PMU. It is not greasy and does not melt, so it causes no irritation or blurred vision if it gets into the eyes – while a fine protective layer keeps the fresh tattoo from drying out.

How to use
